Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed, full-time therapist to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is compassionate, self-motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional care. This role offers the flexibility to work fully remote, fully in-person, or a hybrid schedule based on your preferences and client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy (optionally couples or family therapy based on experience and interest)
- Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our EHR system
- Manage a full caseload of motivated clients (referrals provided)
- Attend monthly case consultations or team meetings (virtual or in-person)
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics and client confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Active, independent license in the state of [State] (e.g., LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD)
- Experience working with adults, couples, or specific populations (e.g., trauma, anxiety, LGBTQIA+, etc.) is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a private practice setting
- Reliable internet and private space for telehealth, if working remotely
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
